30-Day Thigh Slimming Challenge-Extended
I started the Blogilates 30-Day Thigh Slimming Challenge about 2 months ago. I was so pleased after the 30 days that I decided to keep going. I decided that I was going to challenge myself for a total of 3 months and make it a 90 day challenge. This is my 60 day update.
As it so happens, a group of friends wanted to start the challenge right when I finished it the first time so I decided to do it with them again. I didn’t want to start back at day 1 so I decided to start with 15 reps a day (Day 23 on the calendar) and do that until my friends caught up to me. From there, I followed the calendar and finished with 22 reps per exercise.
By the end of the 60 Days, I definitely started feeling how much stronger I’ve gotten, even compared to after 30 days. I don’t think my results were as dramatic as the first 30 days but I still lost some inches (more like 1/4 of an inch) per thigh so there was definitely a difference.
These results were also obtained without a change in my diet but I do my best to eat as healthy as possible. I also walked 4-5 times a week for about 25 minutes as light and low impact exercise.
Next 30 Days
I planned on doing my third month in the same way but I had a death in the family and had to take a week and a half off from everything in my life. I’m jumping back into the swing of things today and will start again at 15 reps a day until day 23. There’s really no rhyme or reason that I decided on that but it felt like the right number of reps that I could realistically do a day and keep it going until it gets hard the last week.
