30-Day Thigh Slimming Challenge (1 Week Update)
It’s been a week since I started the Bogilates 30-Day Thigh Slimming Challenge. So far it’s been easy and great. I haven’t missed a day and it’s definitely motivated me to want to do a little more exercise. I haven’t done any extra thigh workouts because I want to see how effective this challenge is but I have started to do a little bit of walking, about 25 minutes two times this week. My goal is to try to walk 5 times this coming week.
Back to the thighs. The 30-Day Challenge is a gradual progression and starts with a mere 5 squats, 5 leg swings (each side) and 5 slide lunges (each side) the first day and only increases by 1 each day so I didn’t think that I would see any visible changes after 1 week. Even after a glance at my 7 day photo, I didn’t see a change. But, as I pulled up my day 1 photo side-by-side with my day 7 photo, I was surprised to see there was some tightening of the muscles. Please ignore my super brightly colored socks.
This coming week, I’ll be doing side leg lifts so we’ll see if that makes a difference!
